Bottom Line?
What are your performance standards?
What would an increase in your overall ratings mean to your bottom line?
How do you track and measure you team's performance?
Do the members of your organization know what's expected of them?
Does each person know their current performance rating?
What is the value to each person for an increase rating?
What incentives do people have for increasing their performance?
7:  Implementing
A high degree of information sharing, including business, financial, performance and planning should be communicated to all employees eligible for the recognition program.  You must communicate:

- What will be measured: i.e., customer service or process improvements,

- What affects the measurement: i.e., decrease / increase in complaints, compliments or errors,

- How to measure achievement of the goal: i.e., how many customer improvements were made.

It is highly recommended that you introduce the program in the same manner as a new product or service for your customers.  Fanfare adds to the excitement.  Build up excitement with pre-announcements are various intervals.  Adding to the fanfare can be easily done by giving the program a name that makes it part of your organizations culture.
