I noticed that many so called "Employee of the Month" programs take off with a bang, then fizzle out after time.  The reason: lack of an easy-to-use system to really recognize outstanding employee contributions that were monitored by management to ensure goals were being met and meaningful awards were being given on a consistent basis.

I began to work with a management team to create a complete recognition system that was fun, easy and effective.  The first Employee Recognition System was designed for a nationally known restaurant group in 1989.  I continue to solicit feedback from numerous clients to ensure our system is the best employee recognition system available.
